Raymond Antrobus is an award winning poet from London, UK. (Best Performance from a London Poet at The Farrago Zoo Awards 2010)

Raymond runs three poetry based events namely Chill Pill (Spoken Word), Try Poetry (Performance Art) and he co-runs Keats House Forum (Page poetry) with Simon Mole.

In the 7 recordings that make up the Internal EP Raymond attempts to challenge preconceptions from an introspective point of view on matters about - personal trainers, living with deafness, heartbreak, performance poetry, flatmates and domestic violence.

Internal was recorded at Gun Point, Hackney by Jim Whelan in December 2010. (except Copernicus recorded and produced by Marianna Roe)
